The Scaramanga Six play a tuneful and carefully arranged mixture of heavy rock, vocal pop, rockabilly, garage and crooner songs described as “intense-yet-aloof rock operas” (Drowned In Sound) and “B-movie chic combined with real musical muscle” (Kerrang).
The Carol Hodge Band were recently described by Classic Rock as “combin(ing) fat, fuzzy guitar grooves with splashes of synths…clever pop rock bursts and almost Alice In Chains-y shadows…eccentric and unpredictable, in a way that feels totally natural.”
